What Do To When You Are Dinner Guest
When you get invited to a friend’s or relative’s for dinner, you don’t have to decline just because you are trying to lose those stubborn extra pounds.
You can enjoy yourself like everyone else. The Ideal Protein protocol teaches you which foods are ok to eat and which you better leave alone.
